This learning journey enables you to

  • Learn how to navigate between focus and openness
  • Experience Meditation techniques & Mindfulness practices in the workplace

  • Meditation techniques for your own practice at home & at work

LEARNING FORMAT

  •  8 week training (1 1/2 hours per week)
  • alternatively: workshops (different customized modules á 3 hours)
  • Optional 1:1 Coaching
